TheGIFingTree는 7팀의 디자이너가 운영하는 C.O.W.의 무빙 이미지 생산 시설입니다.
본 공장에서는 GIF, 루프 애니메이션, 짧은 영상, 움직임이 있는 그래픽을
기획·조립·가공합니다. 각 작업자는 서로 다른 방식으로 이미지를 움직이지만, 모든 생산품은 하나의 공통 규격 안에서 작동합니다. 독립적으로 움직일 수 있고, 다른 생산품과 결합할 수도 있으며,
화면과 플랫폼에 따라 형태를 바꿀 수도 있습니다. C.O.W.의 생산 공정은 완제품을 한 번 만들고 끝내는 방식보다 분기별 하나의 주제를 바탕으로 반복, 복제, 변형, 오류, 호환의 과정을 거쳐
계속 새로운 움직임을 생산합니다.

TheGIFingTree is C.O.W.’s moving-image production unit, run by seven design teams.
Here, we conceive,
assemble, and process moving graphics—GIFs, looping animations, and short videos. Each team generates motion
in its own style within a shared system. Products move independently, combine with others, and transform
across platforms. Rather than producing a finished outcome and halting operations, C.O.W. shifts from one
theme to another each quarter—repeating, replicating, transforming, glitching, and testing compatibility to
generate new movements.
